1. Introduction
Welcome to Jamaica Clear Kayak. By booking an excursion with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment
Reservations: All reservations must be made in advance. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking. Call for last minute booking.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price agreed upon will not change.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made:
More than 2 days prior to the excursion date will receive a full refund.
Less than 2 days prior will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Jamaica Clear Kayak: We reserve the right to cancel any excursion due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation in the excursion.
Safety Compliance: Clients are required to adhere to all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff. Failure to comply may result in termination of the excursion without a refund.

5. Liability
Personal Responsibility: Clients participate in excursions at their own risk. Jamaica Clear Kayak is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising during the excursion.
Insurance: We recommend that all clients have comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal accidents, medical expenses, and personal liability.

6. Conduct
Behavior: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Substance Use: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption should be moderate and responsible.

7. Photography and Media
Consent: By participating in our excursions, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Jamaica Clear Kayak reserves the right to use such media for promotional purposes.
Privacy: If you do not wish to be included in any promotional material, please inform us in advance.

8. Changes to Itinerary
Alterations: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or services due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons. We will make every effort to provide an equivalent alternative.
Force Majeure: Jamaica Clear Kayak is not liable for any changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, or political unrest.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.
